Moonlight Serenade; Words of some composer Re-drawn by your fingers… (and you're not a painter) Your accordion is your brush; You might not be the new Picasso But you can draw or so I've heard… (and you're not a painter) You can't draw me the world; But your songs are your drawings And it's the world for some… (and you're my friend – musician) .............. Inspired by my friend's performance last evening (its name was 'An Evening With The Accordion'). 'Moonlight Serenade' is some song he played... Love, Borut
I think it's brilliant - this and Spyder's Paddington are my two fave single pieces on the board so far.
Wow, I'm very flattered! I like that poem called D-Day by you LittleSkinny very very much! Love, Borut
Wow.. I hope you show this to your friend in which you wrote this for. I know I would be very touched if I were him/her. May every event inspire you! You are a painter with words! Peace, Moonjava
Thank you very much, I don't think I'll show this to my friend, as we're not really very good friends, and we don't see each other too often, he wouldn't understand it, too, as his English isn't sophisticated enough... I tried to translate it, but I couldn't - due to differences between the languages! And thanks for that last sentence, I'm flattered! Love, Borut
god, borut!~ that was damn good! your english has really... perfected since we met (i'm river, btw!) that is really quite phenominal.
RIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been quite some time since we last talked, I was thinking about you few days ago! Thanks for your nice comment; has my English improved this much?! I know it has improved, but I didn't think it has improved that much! I guess it's just the effect of talking lots on MSN and reading lots of english poetry. And I'm kinda talented in languages... Anyways, I'm so happy to hear from you, River! And once again, thanks for your nice comment. Love, Borut
