So this is a naive post. Big fan of the show Six Feet Under, in one of which episodes some of the main characters use AMT (alpha-methyltryptamine) and say that it's "very similar to X, but groovier." Was reading up on some of the effects, but it seems like it's not something that's easy to come by. Anyone ever tried this stuff, or have any ideas on the best modes of going about acquiring it?
aMT is great stuff. Easily my favorite tryptamine, though there are still a handful of trypts I have yet to sample. I enjoyed taking low doses and then going about my day as if I wasnt tripping. Anything under 10mg Id consider a low dose. 40mg is my ideal tripping dose. The heavy side effects coupled with the long duration is the reason why I dont like pushing the dose much higher and definetly never beyond 60mg, though many push it much higher than that and seem to enjoy it. Good information. Literally have NEVER found it, in five years living in the Southeast, and three in the West. (Granted, I realize, those aren't the ideal regions.) Anyone have any experience with encountering any availability at festivals (see my last post in this forum)? It'd be nice to score some at Bonnaroo.
I never tried AMT but I would like try this substance. In your opinion is AMT (in low doses-around 20mg) can be use as party-dance drug at long rave's with effect's simillar to extasy?
AMT is some magical stuff for sure. One of my favorite tryptamines. Very hard to come by if you don't know the right people. It could take you a lifetime to find it if you don't know where to look. But who knows, by that time all drugs could be legal (wishing and hoping). As for trying to find it at a festival, you'd have to go to a certain type of festival to find people with stuff like that. I suggest you head for those festivals they have in Oregon and Washington. I think they're called barter fares?
