A capped connection, eh? This depends on some variables: Resolution, bit rate, frame rate, length, the video codec and compression method that the provider has deployed. If you're using a legal source, such as Netflix, you're looking at 6 Gb easy for a two hour movie @ 1080p resolution. 720p is very economical, while not really having an impact on image quality, and you can easily cut that 6 Gb in half, down to 3 instead by choosing 720p, if you have to worry about your monthly bandwidth. In general, the smaller you go, the less data will be used.

EDIT: Oops, somehow I missed the part about Iview. Well, no matter, the principle's the same. Length and image quality used set the rules.
