Ammonite, which means coiled horn, was an air breathing invertebrate. Ammonites flourished throughout the Masozoic Era, about 250 million years ago! This choker is made from hemp, wooden beads, and a special fossil.
i got it at a neat little shop that makes handmade soap, paper lanterns, ect. it was a pretty good find
Awesome! Ammonites are cool... I'm a geology major, and while paleontology has become boring to study, I love looking at fossils still. Ammonites are some of my favs!
i don't know...maybe i'm just a nerd (lol). i've always been fascinated with geology,paleontology and anthropology.
Me too! I plan on getting a field archeology degree ONE DAY... Paleo is neat, but the whole systematics side of it is BORING....
