I am currently working on a project witch will include a teacher, so i have a question to the americans. What is the steriotypical car that american teachers drive?
Well that depends on the teacher and his/her salary. Most public school teachers have low salaries and drive economic cars like Fords or Chevies. Private school teachers have higher salaries and sometimes drive sports cars. In college it depends on if it is an ivy league school or not, like Harvard or Yale have teachers with good salaries and tenure and they drive more expensive cars, but community college teachers drive vans or trucks that are old, but carry their paperwork and class materials. This is based on my personal experience, and what I consider to be typical cars teachers drive. I hope it helps you.
This guy is a language Professor at a university. European friendly. I am looking for a special car that would make people go "of course that guy drives that" Prius and other "environmentally friendly" cars is not an option, as i am in general against them.
Searched for images of the outback over the past few years, and I'd say a 2001 is most representative of an american teacher.
