Anyone watching this year? I have been, and it starts in about 20 minutes here. I think the trio of judges is a good combination...Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. Harry has won me over , and is probably my favorite judge.
Hi, Daughtry is a favorite of mine too - to have come from Idol. I'm not a giant country fan, but Carrie Underwood has certainly done well, and Kelly Clarkson too. As I posted elsewhere, Adam Lambert is taking the spot of Freddie Mercury in the band Queen now, so that's not too shabby. Here we are at this year's Idol and down to about 11 or 10 or so and I haven't exactly zero'd in on a fav or gotten their names straight yet. But I do like the judge line up and Randy in the mentor position. The Voice has really put a dent in the Idol traffic I would assume.
this year sucks on AI. they lost whatever majic they had. now it's just a show about what jennifer lopez is wearing next.... nothing really to do with the kids at all.
I have not really been watching it either...I like the one guy who looks like Meatlaof and hope he wins....though.
