I am an insomniac so my doc. put me on Ambien, but everynight I take it, without fail, I have these crazy nightmares. Usually running for my life or trying to kill someone back. Anyone else on Ambien & sharing these bad dreams?
Nice to know it isn't just me. Yeah, I have some crazy dreams after taking Ambien - nothing scary at all, just weird.
I have taken ambien before and it does intensify your dreams alot. All it does is puts you into a deeper R.E.M sleep, which is where you dream the most. I was put on it for a month or so because I was having sleep paralysis alot. The cause of it was not getting on a good sleep pattern, and It helped about 90%. I still have them maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks, but its better than a few times a week.
