Its been 7 days since my friend has been tweeking and amphetamine psychosis has set in. Any problem taking ambien to get to sleep? It's 10mg, but she is still kind of wired she said. Would it put her out, or is there still the chance she stays awake and things just get worse from the ambien?

Take the Ambien. It's harmless, I take it everyday as prescribed by my doc. I'm also on anti-depressants & anxiety medication.

So she ended up taking it the next day, but didn't fall asleep. She just started hallucinating more.
