Am I being watched or Tracked???????

I am worried sick to my stomach and can't seem to get over it. For the last one year and 6 months, I have been followed by helicopters and white propeller plane everywhere I have been to and from. Even they have been going over my house every other day circling sometimes or just simply passing over. Most of the time they fly close to the ground such that the engines make very loud noises. Since I noticed and realized this was going on, I would always make it a point to look up whenever I am out and about. Sure enough few seconds or a minute or two later a helicopter would pass over or little off to my side. It freaks me out. Now, I am 1000% certain my car is bugged with GPS tracking device. I sincerely don't know what wrong I have done. I admit I am a porn addict and I love to watch LEGAL porn online. Who doesn't. However, I am not into anything ILLEGAL. I will never touch that SHIT. However, one time something happened while I was on my computer. I don't know if you know anything about website but when you sometime click on a link especially on a porn website it automatically takes you to another website when you really didn't mean to. Well, it happened to me. Only this time, the website it took me to might have been "not acceptable" website not the whole website but just few pics here and there. I freaked out and shut the computer down and turned off my modem immediately...... and for 2 or 3 days I didn't get online PERIOD. That was it. Still, to this day, I keep thinking about that and being frightened. I don't know if they picked up on it and now following me day and night. One time I even saw the helicopter come very close to my place of employment and took off as quickly as they came. It had no words or nothing just dark brown green color all over. When I saw that I actually threw up all over my computer at work. I thought they were about to jump of the helicopter and take me away but didn't. One time, I even saw just one US Marshal with his badge hanging around his neck, a gun on his hip and a radio device sitting straight across from me in a restaurant. I never saw one in a real life only in movies. So, I am very very sure they are on my ass day and night, but what gets me is that why this LONG. Is it because they don't have enough evidence to bust my door down but trying to collect evidence against me? As a result of all this, I actually stopped visiting any porn website all together. I don't know what to do. I sincerely hope someone could give me a positive advice, before I start to contemplate suicide. This whole thing is nerve wrecking. The sad thing is I have a family and kids. It hurts more when I think about them........ Should I just go to my local police station and complain? Or inquire as to what is going on? Or should I get a lawyer and prepare for the worse? What am I to do? I really hope this whole thing falls over.....PLEASE GOD HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Just to ease your mind, it's probably unethical for the government to waste the money on helicopter and plane fuel just to watch your sorry ass carry on with day to day life activities.

 

I hope you are right..... I feel so sick to my stomach that I feel like don't want to eat or drink... I am not a facebook person or someone who goes out and mingle with the public. So, naturally I don't have any friends to talk about. So, I don't know....maybe they are waiting for me to slip up and give away others. Only thing is there is no other but me and my family members and parents. That's it. My only guess is that they don't have much to go on other than monitor my ass to see where I go and what I am doing. Like I said, I am done with porn and praying to GOD like I never did before.

Yes, I do live near a small airport which only services smaller planes like the ones that go between cities much like the United Airline. I see them too every now and then, but these propeller plane and helicopter seems to be following me everywhere I go. I go grocery shopping...right there I see it flying over me. I go to strip club or a bar and sure enough a helicopter flies over me at 11:45PM. Almost every other day, this plane flies right over my house making loud noises. I simply can't see this anymore as a coincident.

think about this for a second, planes and helicopters fly in the sky all the time, normally people don't notice all of them that are really up there. if you look for them ur gonna see them no matter what .. same with anything else

i was on a porn site once and clicked a link and a page popped up with the FBI official seal and shit, and said that illegal warez and child porn had been detected on my hard drive (only the warez is true) and that if i didn't pay $300 in 48 hours a case would be opened against me and i'd go to prison for 10 years. they didn't actually scan my hard drive, i know so .. for one the way my user accounts are set up .. it just couldnt happen like that, i like to pay attention to my computer too so if anything screwy does go on im gonna see that something happend and try to figure it out

fuck outta here, the page also had a script that locked up the browser until i paid the money, they obviosly copied the graphics and general formatting of a government website.. i aborted the script and continued looking at porn. this shit looked legit as fuck, but i knew it was bullshit, and i did a little of my own investigating and determined that this person obviously knows how to write some really shitty code that locks up the browser when it runs (thats not hard ). im not scared of computers.

if i ran a site like this, i'd have a list of IP addresses that were law enforcement and run it against the logs apache just to see what they're up to ...

edit: actually i'd probably just blacklist those IPs, get the fuck off my site popo, if u wanna snoop, ur gonna have to waste a little extra time to get a different connection for my site .. im sure you'll get paid well for ur time

A laser pointer will keep planes away at night. It IS Illegal, so use it sparingly. very sparingly; you will be busted.

The only reason I can think of for why they would be following my ass and watching me day and night for this long (a year and a half) would be to gather whatever evidence they can get against me. They know, to take someone to court and throw them in jail, they need definite proof for having committed something wrong. Apparently, they don't have anything on me. PERIOD. That's because I have never done anything wrong in my life. So, no criminal history to speak of. Plus, as I said before, I don't have any real friends outside of my family circle - parents, brothers and sisters and my family. So, that is an end dead for the police as for as leads go. I am pretty sure someone or my ISP saw something on my Internet connection and reported me to the police. So, I know for sure my cellphone and home phone are tapped including my internet connection.

The only thing I am guilty of is eating too much, watching cartoon on TV too much, viewing normal porn online and working hard.

I also heard that if you are using Windows Operating System, then it is easy for NSA to snoop around your computer and get access to your files on your hardrive. That's because as I found out that Windows OS has backdoor access for authorities. So, if they choose to check you out, then they can easily access your computer. Well, the only problem is that since 2009 I have completely stopped using Windows OS altogether. We only use Linux OS, which apparently is not supposed to have any backdoor access. So, as you can see. Authorities are hard pressed for more information and evidence to come down to my house and bust my door down. My belief is that since they hardly have anything to go on, they are following me around everywhere I go and I might also add that they are not trying to hide the fact that they are following me. I just wish for all this to just stop.....I just want to live my pathetic life and move on.

because hackers do what they do to learn. not all hackers are bad .. that is what the media, and government want to perpetuate not all hackers invade privacy either. those people are more rightly called "crackers", hacking on your own system, and learning how to break it in the process, theres nothing wrong about that .. that's how you learn how malicious people can compromise your privacy. the government relies on easy access being given to them to monitor communications for the most part, the phone system is set up where law enforcement can be given access to that sort of thing if they "need" it, the law has provisions for it. in most cases, they don't actually have to "break in" to the phone system.

it's not like you see on law enforcement TV shows, not in the least .. ive seen some very poor depictions of this sort of thing on TV that made me seriously facepalm.

you keep saying that you've never done anything wrong in your life. do realize that despite what the authorities would like us to believe, they actually have limited resources and if they did investigate you they would soon realize it would be fruitless and they may watch you forever and never get the evidence they would need.

as for the computer stuff, idk .. just practice the best privacy you can. i would tell you to pay close attention to system messages and log files in order to rule out the things that you are worried about, but these things are unfamiliar to you, you are likely to see some cryptic ambiguous looking stuff that might freak you out, because you don't know. if youve done nothing wrong, what would "someone, or your ISP see" to report you? I know have done some illegal things on computers and im still here, so ur probably okay. install TOR and setup your browser to use a proxy, point it to TORs socks listener if ur worried.

so if you are interested in that sort of thing, i would suggest learning all you can about your system, and how TCP/IP and the internet works in general, once you start to learn how this stuff works you will feel much more in control and stop worrying about it so much. The government exploits people by instilling a fear in them that they have these capabilities, and know something about the workings of electronic communications that you don't, and because you don't know that's precisely why the intimidation works. Read something about how backdoors work, privilage escalation etc. Try to figure out what methods someone would use to try to get it onto your system.

I don't know if Windows has backdoors deliberately designed into it or not. It's closed source so it's pretty hard to know exactly everything about how it works if theres not documentation on those features. But learn to use the best security and privacy practices you can with whatever OS you use, that's really the best you can do. Unix-like systems (linux, bsds, fedora, solaris etc) are designed to be multiuser systems and can be very secure. Never run as root, or superuser unless you have to, to install software, edit system files or to fix something. One risk is seriously screwing up your system, the other compromised security since any program you run will have full privilages. Use sudo, or su commands to run programs as root.

may I ask when did you start feeling this paranoid? maybe i missed this (find the return key on ur keyboard and use it, to insert lines between paragraphs), is there anything in particular that caused you to start looking for signs, or additional "evidence" that you're being watched?
