Question. Im gonna do acid for my first time.. iv done shrooms a couple of times. But i was wondering if it would be a bad idea to do acid alone if its your first time.. and id be doing it around midnight.. good or bad idea? also.. AND is pill form alright??
No offense, this question has been asked a million times... it's probably a bad idea, but some people will tell you its not. Just remember: what you are about to ingest has made people FLIP THE FUCK OUT, even people who thought they knew what they were doing. It seems to me like doing it around midnight is also a bad idea. It can last 12 hours. If staying up until noon the next day unable to sleep and tripping face, ALONE, sounds like a fun adventure, well then maybe it will be, but to me it sounds like a recipe for disaster. Just read some of the erowid experiences and decide for yourself.
yeah dude, stay loose is right. i basically had the same idea about acid but i was definitely wrong on this one. trip with somone who you trust. they don't even need to do it with you, just have someone THERE. you have to remember what goes on with lsd is even STRONGER than shrooms, and people have had absolutely INSANE experiences with the drug. like the above mentioned, read the experiences on erowid.
One hit for me can be way more than enough if it's a good one I usually get 200 mic blotters/liquid, and it can get me pretty far gone.
I started my acid trip with people for the first few hours, and then i wandered off outside, and spent the remainder of the trip alone...in my opinion, the peak is best spent alone, but the come-up is a LOT easier on you if there are people around. they don't need to be tripping too, but just with the slowly increasing weirdness, its good to have a little companionship. During and after the peak, I felt totally disconnected from my friends, and needed solitude. However, I was on more than one hit, and I drifted pretty far out.
i like tripping alone. best, though, is with one good/close friend. i would never dose at midnight though; a large dose of acid will last me up to about 18 hours and shrooms last about 9 hours.
yea i would definitly do it with your best friend, thats who i did it with. when we started to peak we just sat in his room and talked VERY little but just knowing that your friend is there and is going through the same insane ride that your going through is comforting.
my ex g/f took it on her own for the first time. she freaked out and coudnt control herself. couldnt settle down. She was very inexperianced with drugs and didnt know what to expect (even though i told her not to do it on her own. i even gave her enough for a few people). the first time i took it it was deadly, ive had a few shit buzz's on it but you can snap yourself out of it by watching tv or something. One thing that lsd isnt associated with is the fact that its the funniest of all drugs. I was laughing for like 6 hours. Do it with a friend your first time, then experiment with it on your own.
