stop being lazy and cut the pills out

you need healthy fats...using a pill to block fats is dumb

alright, what type of training are you doing currently? and what are you eating - write everything down. because you just saying that neither is doing anything, without me being able to see what you are doing - its quite hard for me to help.

i think you need to push yourself harder with the weights - or bodyweight - and then add in some conditioning like some burpees

If it's such a good system then why are you seeking other means of losing weight?

Enduring fitness takes a commitment from you. It's more than popping some pills and doing a few bodyweight exercises. Fitzy has a pretty good grasp on fitness and I have some experience myself. Severe restrictive dieting messes up your metabolism and some diet pills can seriously fuck up your health.

The best program is the one you can stick with and there is no one program that is perfect for everybody, regardless of who is peddling it. You need to be accountable for everything that you stick in your mouth from the time you get up until you go to bed. What kind of food and snacks are you eating? Do you eat fast food? Are you willing to add cooking to your routine? Assuming that highly processed and fast foods occupy some portion of your intake, how willing are you to change what you do? Your fitness depends on you, not John Basedow, Fitzy, or myself.

Do research and determine what caloric intake is best for you? Do you want to build muscle? Then add a bit to it. Take charge of every single ingredient you swallow.. whether it be meat, vegetable, coloring, salt, preservative,... ask yourself, is this meant to be food or is it meant to make something taste good and last long so I'll eat more of it?. Beware of one of the biggest food-borne enemies to health out there in its many forms: sugar. Most highly processed crap contains tons of it... on the for of corn syrup, sucrose, fructose, dextrose, lactose, (notice "ose"at the end of those words?). These little chemical monsters are the friends of the pharmaceutical giants who make loads of money selling people insulin, syringes, and blood testing strips.

Then, once you've taken some semblance of charge over your diet, construct a workout plan that you can stick with. Join a gym if you like but make good use of your membership. Greater muscle mass raises base metabolism which is far better help in fighting excess fat than a pill whose main side effect is anal seepage. Now THAT'S sexay!
