I've noticed that all religions are centered around a divine being. but people seperate and "fix" the belief to suit them and others follow. such as the dozen or so sub-sections of Christianity, people don't like certain laws of the religion and rearrange them and form a new sect.
Kinda sorta maybe.... Depends on how you define "divine" and "being," and how much stock you place in contemporary religious history.
