This low life cold bloodedly murdered two of our friends over a pack of smokes. Marri was well know in the community for helping and putting up homeless people in her home. After killing her and Larry her boyfriend, he stole Marri's red van. He is suspected of going northwest towards Nevada, Oregon or Washington. The wittness's are also friends of ours for several years and he almost shot her too. He is known to frequent soup kitchens and similar places. BEWARE he is armed and insanely crazy!!!!!
