Well I used boss as an example but I really mean anyone in a work environment period.

George mentioned above that people dont feel comfortable pursuing a romantic relationship with coworkers anymore. I think office dating is fine as long as there is obvious mutual interest and you're peers and not a superior/subordinate relationship.

But an unwanted slap on the ass or any kind of similar sexual harassment is a ridiculous thing to expect a woman to put up with in this day and age in a professional environment.

Someone bopped me on the ass once. He had a newspaper or something, and he was the boss. That was really fucking weird. Lol.

Reading these comments, I think that attitudes vary in different parts of the world. (we are in the UK). I met Jane at work. I was the engineering director of the company when she took a part time job while she was on an extended holiday in London, but it made no difference. That may have partly been because our relationship was purely friendship at the time. Also working in a major theater is somewhat different to an office. Nearly all of our married friends have met their partners in the work environment, perhaps it is something more common here than in the US.

I've never slapped any women on the ass in my life, other than my wife, drunk, sober, stoned, or on psychedelics.
    I don't understand how that's acceptable.

Hillary's message was much, much, much, better than Trump's if you were looking for equality, advancement of the poor and working class, social justice, fair immigration, global policies, etc. etc.
And she has a much greater moral compass.

Unfortunately a number of Americans are crude ignoramuses who bought a con man's goods, hook, line, and stinker.

Her message was useless without a strategy for winning states. That's what was so weird. What happened to the oft touted "Clinton Machine"? Really though, after Bill pulling the long con on America's youth and escalating the war on pot, I was in no hurry to see the Clintons moving back into the white house in any capacity. I was just as disappointed with the way Obama did virtually nothing about the drug war. Now we're likely heading toward a real war. Trump seems like exactly the sort to send our troops to the slaughterhouse that will be the Iran/Saudi war.

Saying her strategy was wrong doesn't mean her message was wrong.
No politician can please everyone, if your only concern with the nation and the problems of the world boil down to the war on drugs then you may be taking a pretty narrow view.

Even if Hillary or Obama would have intensified the war on drugs, they would still be better than Trump.

Well then, at least she can rest on that, being "right". Unfortunately that's not how you win an election. Obama taught us that as did Bush before him.

Why is it that women can't understand that sexual harassment is not just men? Women taunting men sexually IS IS IS sexual harassment. If ugly men could go to a prostitute and get laid, there would probably be a lot less sexual assaults by men. And women would make plenty of money, instead of having to sue rich men.

Until women start accepting responsibility for their sexual provocations, the issue will remain.

See post #80 ...White Supremacists are not bad enough...so now there's female supremacists. Can't wait to see how the Democrat party wins with only women....Men don't like being shamed as sexual deviants...they aren't going to vote for any of the 11 females running for POTUS, except for those that give up their man card to appease their domineering wives. Ever seen a male chastity belt? I ain't wearing one!

No one said that only men can engage in sexual harassment, however to blame the victim, or the victim's gender is another matter.

Strange, because I made a point of pointing out male rape!
Your obviously a male controller, likes to be top dog, well sorry, equal rights are here to stay!
No longer are women 2nd class citizens, or in your case, lesser than animals... Shame on you rj. I thought better of you!

No one gives a fuck what you do with a consenting partner. The issue here is nonconsensual harassment, sexual assault, and rape.

You're either trying to force an entirely different topic on us (sexual deviance between consenting adults)

    Or

You're defending sexual predators. I'm really not following you or getting where you're coming from to be honest

What do you mean by "taunting men"?

You need to be more specific...like, if a woman wears a low cut top you feel you have a right to grab her by the pussy for showing off her breasts..or what? Be specific, please

I do agree prostitution should be legal and regulated. Sexually frustrated men who feel entitled to sex are scary, honestly. I would rather they get it from a prostitute than feel entitled to it from women who aren't interested.

Nobody has any sort of "right" to grab anyone anywhere. Only a moron would think they have such privilege. What's oddly cruel is the idea that human nature can be stifled by rules. As a man, I have no idea at all why I like breasts. There's no logical reason for this. So wearing outfits that accentuate breasts and then telling men "you are not allowed to admire and adore these beautiful orbs that I have partially exposed for all the world to see" is the equivalent of hanging a steak just out of reach of a hungry dog. (Try not to read too much into that comparison)

Just as laws will never stop humans from getting drunk/high, aborting children or trading sex for money, moral codes will never fully extinguish the natural attraction human being have for each other. Exposing 1/3 of your breasts in the workplace is a distraction as would be a guy popping a Viagra (tm) and walking around the office in tight slacks with no undies, and how often do we see THAT in the workplace?

See, that's why I'm hoping RJ will clarify his position, because it does sort of sound like he is saying men have that right if women dress too provocatively

Admiring cleavage when women wear low cut shirts isn't illegal, that's not the topic at all here.

Naaaa, that's a little extreme. However, I would like to see a wet burka contest during Spring Break.
