Mine kill me, too!!!! And I don't really have a good remedy for it-I just take Advil. I wish someone had a good suggestion about stopping the pain! I sympathize with you.
I'm just now getting over an infection I've had for like two weeks. I took Sudafed and it helped a lot. I posted something about it and got a lot of helpful replies....if I can find it, I'll post a link. Hope you feel better! I had a hard time sleeping, too. I'm not a sleeping pill person, but I finally had to resort to it.
Yeah, I wanted an advil so bad last night, but I couldn't find any...I think I used the last one a few months back. So I took some benadryl, and that helped--but I didn't end up waking up until like noon today. I dunno if I can blame that on the benadryl or not though.
