To any and all Pain Patients or users of Opiates. I have been using Agmatine 650MG for tolerance and potentiating my Oxycontin for about 2 mos. This experiment has work so well I have actually been able to feel my pain meds again 60MG Oxycontin with 10/325 Norco for BT Pain. I take 3 -5 Agmatine a day depending on my pain level. It does potentiate the Opiate and it increases the analgesia. I also have noticed that Im not withdrawing as bad (Through Experimentation) I will refuse to take my meds for 2-3 days yes suffer with the pain (It Sucks) but I want to do a real assessment of the Agmatine and its efficacy of lowering ones tolerance and withdrawl symptoms. WIthdrawl was a lot less, whereas before the Agmatine I would start withdrawl Symptoms 18 hours after my last dose, I didn't feel any symptoms until the 3rd day and it was so little I could have went longer. It took about 3 weeks to notice anything but once it built up in my body it has been a wonderful help. I am thinking about including Magnesium Citrate with the Agmatine shortly to see if that lowers my tolerance any more. I will keep you all updated and If anyone has questions please ask
UPDATE: I just found a Website that offers Proglumide -- I have ordered some and am going to add this to the Tolerance/Withdrawl cocktail - I will keep everyone updated. I should get the Proglumide (Millid) Within 2 weeks -- 7 days is more likely though -- I am going to take this for 7 days on and 7 days off as is recommended to lower tolerance. As we all know if you lower tolerance you lower withdrawl symptoms. So I am now hoping the with the already proven Agmatine and adding Magnesium Citrate and proglumide I'm hoping to be able to lower my intake of Pain Meds and get the analgesia and possible Buzz I should be getting from my Opiates. BTW I have been on Opiate Pain Meds since 2005 due to a VERY FUcked Up Neck. 3 doctors have questioned me asking me how I even function with a neck like this -- Im 51 years old and 1 doctor said My neck looks like it is 100 yrs old -- It is Sublexated and eventually I will more than likely look like a Hunch Back -- I have had 1 ACDF Surgery and they want to do another one. I wont let them because I don't want to lose 60% pf the movement in my neck. Just as long as I can keep the pain at tolerable levels and can work without too much difficulty than Im not having surgery again -- Although the 1st surgery got my arms back it did NOTHING for the pain I have -- In fact it made it worse
Interesting. I had heard about this drug a while back, and wanted to try it for myself, but couldn't find any. The pharmacist had never even heard of it before. I may have to order it online. Were you able to pick it up locally? Or did you have to order it?
The Agmatine you can get through GNC or any Vitamin shop -- I chose to go with the Pills instead of the powder -- Proglumide I ordered from khemcorp.com but haven't gotten that yet -- Its is on its way Im am very very pleased with the results from the Agmatine though
Ok here is another update, The Proglumide I ordered has beem delivered . For the last 3 days I have been taking it. Im not sure how many MG's I should take or the frequency or taking it so Im experimenting to find what works the best. I can say this -- It is working because Im actually catching a good BUZZ which hasn't happened is quite a while. Yae I did catch a LIL Buzz whit the Agmatine alone but combined with the Prog. Im really feeling my 60 MG Oxycotin. YES Proglumide does work I will update again soon
I have taken Bot Proglumide and the agmatine and the results are outstanding --- I even talked to my Doctor and told her what I was doing and how I was experimenting on myself with these 2 drugs/supplements. Her reaction was of astonishment and wants me to take notes on mg's per day taken and results of the supplements effectiveness. Needless to say I was surprised by her reaction -- I actually thought she would be upset with me. Her exact words were this " Take them and take notes daily" She wants to use my experiment notes to see the efficacy of telling other patients about these supplements. Although she is just a General Practitioner/Family Doctor she has a few choice patients that she trusts impeccably that she prescribes pain meds to. Needless to say im quite honored by that. She is really interested in these to drugs and after 1 yr of my notes she is going to recommend this to her other pain patients. If this works out long term Peace
