Age Restrictions and Clubs

    Are there age restrictions for the clubs in Amsterdam? I understand that the drinking age is 16 for beer, wine and 18 for spirits.

    yup. Minimum age in coffeeshops is 18.. some clubs are 18+.. some even 25+.. usually it says so very cleary on the door if it's anything else than 16+ or 18+

    Otherwise.. just ask.. they will appreciate you being concerned about it!
