well it has been 7 months now and all i've been doing is washing them every sunday. my hair is down to my chin and it doesnt look very knotty but when i touch them near the roots it's all tangled in big chunks. I tried riping but there knotted pretty damn tight. Do i just take the pain and continue ripping or did i wait alittle to long? Is there a certain way to rip? Also how do make shure that they come out roundish? Do i put a bead near the roots or what, and if so where do i get these beads. Any input is greatly appreciated :sombrero:
for ripping, ive found the easiest way to rip apart the really tough parts is to rip a few hairs at a time in a downward direction, like toward the tips, instead of holding the ends and ripping. they should eventually be roundish once they are mature, but palm rolling helps and beads should help keep them separated. try bead and craft stores and look for big fat beads with big holes in the middle. hope this helps, good luck
