i just got some free concerta from a friend and idk of how many mg to take to have a decent speed. i usually take 45 mg of adderall (not xr) to get a good speed; 60 mg is WAY too intense (like projectile vomiting twice intense), and 30 mg did nothing. the concerta i have is 36 mg a pill... so how many should i take at a time? and should i chew them, or just swallow them? don't wanna go through all the trouble of peeling layers to snort it.
