I guess I will bring this up under actors. But did you ever notice how effeminate some actors appear to be? I was just thinking about Star Trek TNG's Michael Dorn. He has always seemed so effeminate to me. But he does claim to be straight. And in 2001 it was revealed he does have a wife and her name is Kelly. It's ironic to bring up Star Trek. Because his co-star Patrick Stewart is British. And most British men have mannerisms that we Americans would consider gay. So maybe it's culture, nationality or just the way you were raised that makes you seem gay when you're not. But has anyone else ever noticed an actor who seems gay but isn't? And is there a medical explanation for that short of actual homosexuality (no I am serious when I ask that question).
Going back to Star Trek: Neither Mihael Dorn, nor Patrick Stewart has come out, but Patrick Stewart in a famous response to The Guardian News, said "Well, that's a nice change. At least they aren't reporting that I'm dead again." and followed up with, "I have maybe 3 or 7 Hetero friends and we all sit around drinking beer and eating chicken wings together." On the other hand. Actor Andrew Robinson, never actually answered yes or no, but he does admit to playing his character, Garak from Deep Space Nine, as mostly Bisexual, and sometimes Pansexual.
Most males/females who are perceived as less masculine/less feminine (MBTI: male F and female T types; FFM: males with high and females with low Agreeableness scores) display standard heterosexual behaviour. Those who live with such people often have the entertaining experience that the only person in the household who is suspected of homosexuality is the only person who has nothing to do with it (yet).
