Call for companies to be banned from forcing women to wear high heels

"Study shows the shoes increase women's attractiveness to men but raise risk of developing musculoskeletal conditions"

That is nonsense this idea that high heels increase women's attractiveness to men and only encourages more women to wear them. By writing that this article goes against its own goal of getting rid of the things.

If I see a woman in high heels I automatically assume shoe has crooked toes, foot deformities and seeing her feet will be a disappointment.

Quit blaming men, women are doing this dumbshit to themselves.

i also disagree that they increase women's attractiveness. i don't have crazy thoughts like "oh she must have foot deformities," but i generally find women more attractive when they look comfortable than when they dress the way that women assume we consider attractive. also i prefer shorter women, so adding a couple inches does nothing for me.

 

Companies have dress codes that require wearing these stupid things and Its really not a crazy thought, all women who wear heels daily have messed up feet.

I'd rather see a woman barefoot or in sandals and comfortable than in any damn high heels.

I tried on my Mum's heels once. I concluded that walking in them is a talent. Impractical, but heels kind of suggest themselves. Great ergonomics.
