I'm doing an art project for my a levels, and I was wondering what abstract art and artists are your favourites, who inspires you, and what’s your favourite abstract piece?
jackson pollock is one of my favourites. i love his paintings, what they convey and how ground breaking his techniques were at the time. and just his character....kinda an artist cliche but adds to the meanings behind his work.
kandinshy would probably be my pick for abstract artists, although i don't think i would regard his work as simple at all.
