    This post isn't much more than a small missive on contingent numerical properties of the word Abrahadabra(Or Abracadabra, if you prefer). And as I am totally inexperienced in hermetic tradition, you must face the possibility that I am about to tell you something that is(unbeknownst to me) common knowledge. I am willing to take that risk, if you are... Also I'm not proclaiming these discoveries as profound in anyway, seeing that other than their connections that I explain below, I can find no reason for them.


    I propose that the only real letter of importance in Abrahadabra, is the letter "A". If Abrahadabra is spelled out, as it often is, in an inverted cone, then consider the following:

    • There are eleven letters in the word Abrahadabra.
    • There are five columns/diagonals of the letter A in the cone/pyramid diagram.
    • The spaces(other unimportant columns) between the columns/diagonals of A are: 2,1,1,2(A2A1A1A2A) The sum of which is six.
    • There are a total of 30 A's.
    • Add the total number of As with the number of spaces in between and we receive 36(or six squared)
    • Divide the total number of A's(30) by the number of spaces inbetween and we're back to 5.
    • If you number all the columns/diagonals starting from left to right you'll notice that the columns of A's appear on the 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th and 11th.
    • 1, 4, 6, 8, and 11 totaled is 30(or 5X6).
    • Six A's appear on Column 6.
    • The total number of letters appearing in the pyramid/cone are 66. Which is of course 6X11.
    • If you subtract all the A's(30) from the total number of letters appearing in the pyramid(66), you again arrive at 36(or six squared)
    • If you take the number of A columns(5) and times them by the number of remaining columns(6) you arrive back at 30.
    • If you add the number of A columns(5) and the number of remaining columns(6) you get eleven.

    • Also if you tally all the non-A letters together, you will reach 36.
    • Also if you multiply together all the amounts that each A Column decreases by(3X2X2X3) You will get 36.

    If you look closer, you can see, that there are hidden: 666

    2+1=3
    3 is a half of 6 ! It also means that there are three 6s

    Thats not all! Now look again at number over United States of America
    1+2+3+4+5+6 = 21 !!! blackjack again
    1+2+3+4+5+6 = 21 !!! again !!!
    now if you add these two: 2+1+2+1 = 6 !!!

    Lets go to the next word:
    1+2 = 3 and it is inverted 2+1

    Next one:
    1+2+3+4+5+6+7 = 28

    2+8 = 10 -> 1+0 = 1 -> there is only one God

    21+21=42 -> Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything.

    Total value:
    21 + 21 + 3 + 28 = 73 -> 7+3 = 10 -> 1 + 0 = 1 -> Again! Only one God!

    Piazzi Smyth documented the sacred measurements of the Egyptian Pyramids in 1864. He found, that though the base of the pyramid is square, each side constituted 232 meters and the height was 148 meters. Converted into Egyptian Cubits we get 366, the number of days in a leap year. The height of the pyramid multiplied by 10 to the 9th power... 148 times 10 to 9 equals 148 million. Put in kilometers, it roughly symbolizes the distance between the earth and the sun.

    Divide the base of the pyramid by the width of one of the stones and we get 365. The perimeter is 931, divide by twice the height of the pyramid and you get 3.14...Pi, no?... No... 3.14 is only the first three numbers of pi.

    Fellow Egyptologist, Flinders Petrie caught Piazzi Smyth with hammer and chisel, trying to work every pyramid stone down so that it fit his formulas.

    The good book says "Seek and ye shall find."


    Well done. I hadn't expected the proper reaction on the first post. I posted the Abrahadabra post on a board for Esoterica and Hermeticism(If you google a part of the original post you could probably find it) and they responded both enthusiastically and patronizingly but NO ONE challenged the validity of my findings.

    As for numbers, there are only 10 symbols used to denote them and only 26 letters. No shit there are a huge number of coincidences.

    Once again, well done. And it is exceptionally fun. Kind of like a thinking man's sudoku.

    very interesting indeed. ive never read the book of the law. i plan to now though, how is it?

    How is the book of the law? Lol. It's vague and...idk. It's hard to describe and even harder to understand. Crowley makes a lot of references that are hard to understand unless you know a little mythology and history.

    I look at this stuff as kind of a creative sandbox for me to mess with. It's fun to play connect the dots when they aren't numbered and you just have nothing but a bunch of dots to work with. There are a lot of drugs for people who are willing to try them. There are dissociative drugs like LSD and then there are associative drugs...like this one.
