There’s now strong archeological evidence to suggest the aborigines arrived here in the americas 60 thousand years ago before proceeding onto Australia; if true they actually have a stronger claim on North and South America that the Native Americans who arrived 40,000 years later.

John Pilger is a journalist I have a great deal of respect for.

In this radio show I listened to a few years ago.
    http://www.abc.net.au/radionational/programs/booksandwriting/john-pilger/3630140#transcript
I found this dictum on an interview with John Pilger,
“News is something someone somewhere doesn't want published - all the rest is advertising.”
    Also on this page,
“I think good investigative journalism is journalism that lifts rocks. It refuses to accept the press release version of events. It looks behind facades. It is always sceptical of authority, of vested interest, of governments. It's not sceptical of people but it's sceptical of those who wish to govern and control people. That's the role of investigative journalism in a democracy. In other societies it's different. But in a democracy, or a nominal democracy, that's what it's meant to do; calling to account.”

Maybe, erm, click on them and read/watch them ;)
He basically says that all white Australians think the same way and all aboriginal 'blacks' feel the same way.
He uses archive footage to imply the same is true today.
To be fair, the aborigines involved say the same thing.
