It's been suggested that standard milk containing a1 beta casein protein is linked to health problems such as heart disease and diabetes but I'm not real sure about this as there doesn't seem to be a lot of research on the matter. I've tried a2 milk and it does tastes nice due to it's creaminess and lack of permeate which is a another thing about standard milk by the way.
