If you were to sow someones arsehole shut, and they kept eating and eating for ages, where would the poop go? would the quantity of poo get so large that it has to eject from the mouth? or would it just burst out your stomach?.......
i think youd just get really really sick for some reason and die. Im not a doctor so I wouldnt know what the reason is. Prolly like Excesspooiritus(?)
Okay, first of all, this is absolutely disgusting and I still can't believe I'm participating in such a conversation... Nonetheless, if it were possible to seal off a person's asshole, that poor soul would eventually die. It wouldn't pile up and come out your mouth; you'd be dead before anything like that got around to happening. The large intestine doesn't just make shit--it also absorbes water. If the shit were to pile up, (and by this time the person would be in great pain as your colon does go into contractions when it's time to go) it would eventually prevent the body from absorbing water, and if the person didn't die of fecal poisoning, they'd surely die of dehydration.

well this is an older thread buuuut i had to contribute to this... when my brother was 3 or something he was constipated and he couldnt poop for nothing so one night he threw up and it was poop. i know that is really gross and sorry to share but it is possible....just uncommon. okay carry on.
