ive never seen either one in my life, well star trek for like a minute when i was a wee little fractual, but i didnt like it at all

it takes place in the 23rd century, depending on which one you saw be it next generation or the iold school kirk and spock shit. they're aboard a massive ship and exploring the galaxy hats pretty much it.
