Ok, so this question pertains to pot, but its about military shit. Ok, so for the past few weeks my main dealer had been telling me he was joining the marines (fuck if I know why). He was supposed to hook me up with someone else, supposedly in my neighborhood, which is huge, so I've likely never met the person. I called him Saturday and I think he was drunk and he was basically saying yeah I'll talk to him. I called yesterday and I think it was his girlfriend who answered and she said he had left for boot camp. Best case scenario, he gave my number to the guy and he'll be calling me. Worst case, I'll have to make due with smoking a joint once and a while with friends, definitely allot less than I'd prefer to smoke. I also have a another dealer/friend but he lives about 45 minutes away, and I usually feel safe transporting a few joints that distance. I'd rather not keep calling his girlfriend and asking if hes back, so does anyone know how military boot camp works? Do they usually come home for a bit after it? I'm assuming its starting today.
marines boot camp is 13 weeks then he may come home on leave right after that or after he gets stationed to a new place
Yeah, I was thinking about that. Its just most of my friends aren't really pot heads, they just smoke pot every once and a while. They definitely don't by from a dealer, they just by small amounts from other people who just bought a bunch from a small dealer, so I'd have to go though allot of people before I actually found the a dealer, its kind of hard to explain. If I get desperate, I may do that though. But like I said, I have a good friend who is definitely a pot head and does by straight from dealers, but hes 45 minutes away, and I have to go over a cop infested highway.
I'd say drive to get the bud from the dude 45 minutes away. If you are a safe driver, drive the speed limit, and hide the weed well., you won't get to deal with the cops.
My regular dealer is almost an hour away. I've got to drive in to the city because the prices around here are shit.
13 weeks minimum depending on what his rating will be. And if he does come home on shore leave he'll only be there for a day or two or three. Most likely he'll report right to his first duty station. I'd chalk him up as a lost resource. He could get screwed two ways from Sunday if he's found messing with recreational substances.
Yes he mentioned that. Although I wouldn't not be at all surprised if hes caught using drugs wherever hes stationed.
The one thing I'm worried about happening through all this is becoming an alcoholic. I normally drink once every or every other week, but that's when I have plenty of pot.
hahaha. when i served they were coming down with the righteous hammer of god, upon all users. i almost for discharged right after WOCS for it
id say buy off the dealer thats 45min away until you can find a closer dealer. and buy larger quantities than normal so you dont have to go as much and it seems more worth it to drive 45min to pick up an ounce than to get an 8th lol. and yeah, as long as youre not driving like a dbag then you should be fine
