A pondering on one aspect of same sex marriage.

    I have been pondering & know I could easily find out the legalities but here's what I was thinking of anyhow.

    In the case of a couple that has been married & one of them has SRS effectivly they are a same sex couple after that point. If these marriages are still considered legal why not people that were born same sex.

    there was an actual case where this happened, I think in Texas. . .
