I changed to meet an octopus
    Upon the gleaming same
    Sea wrack and storm wreckage
A bosom from which it sprang

We walked, we talked, we danced
    Mesmerized in each other's eyes
    One intending to bend
    The other to rise

    Between us now
    There may exist, somehow
    An exhuberance of vitality
Just so, just as, a melody
(The above is based on actual events)
