So, I just bought a new batch of Peruvian torch from a good vendor, from Peru. The highest dose i have taken were 50 grams, and I thought it would be fine to take the same amount again. But how should one really start out, when it's a new batch? PS: It's the same vendor i ordered from last time Thanks in advance
50 grams is pretty safe to start off with as a tester. really i find Icaro material to be decent, but not the strongest.
I guess you can find better. I have read about people tripping hard on 20 grams, But that was from cactus bought from local vendors. Maybe online vendors don't have the very potent material
I think it varies from batch to batch. The time of year when it was harvested, soil conditions, water content, and other factors all play into the potency of the final product. it is rare that two batches will be exactly the same, even from the same vendor. I find the winter harvested or early spring harvested is the strongest. All in all you are better off growing and harvesting your own to control quality at your own standards.
Would love to grow my own, but I don't have access to sunlight. So it is not possible, at this moment. The strongest cactus you can get. Is that what you grow yourself?
SanPedro does well as an indoor plant as well and actually thrive better with moring sun and afternoon shade. Full sun all day is counter-productive with San Pedro. They get all yellow and sickly looking. This site has lots of good info on growing San Pedro; http://www.sanpedrocactus1.com/index.htm
I don't know squat about San Pedro but I'm in Iquitos Peru right now and stumbled into a Shamans Convention. I was looking for Ayahuasca. I drank about a 12 once glass full of San Pedro that had been brewed for 20 hours. Very smooth and thick...laid on a raft in a lagoon and watched Emerald Kingfishers and giant butterflies....very mellow stuff but I got no idea if a 12 once glass full is a lot or not. Very nice things came while laying in the hammock with my eyes closed. My Peruvian Sons were around and held me at times. Still a bit adrift in the ozone now. Didn't know what to expect...still don't.
Thanks, Guess it's time to start growing now If anyone know where to get live San Pedro within Europe, please let me know
