so everyone glorifies the olden days... woodstock, the dead, the whole birth of the psychedelic community. but what i am beginning to wonder is, when is it going to go to the next level? isn't it about time that the golden age was brought about? a new revolution? i was talking to an old deadhead the other day. most people would kill to be able to live that kind of life. i know i would. but when i told her some of the things that are going on today, and some things about myself, she almost seemed envious of me. like today there were more things going on than back then, and that there is more potential to be brought about. are we not seeing what is right under our noses? is it time to take the initiative and grab the wheel and steer to a new age?
The Golden Age is already starting. It is in progress is right now, RIGHT NOW! Something in 2012 is going to happen, but its already starting now. I can see it my community, look for yours and look for signs. You must help to bring this golden age in though, the best ways are love and silence. When you love they will feel it, when you are silent they will see it in your eyes.
I totally wish dude.. im 20 years old and my life revolves around 60's music, culture and freedom. But when you mean more things are happening now what exactly do you mean? Personally i feel we have declined in society. Theres so many subcultures but at the same time everything revolves around money way more then it did back in the day. How exactly can we all just get along in peace when theres so many laws, rules and capital? But im there man, change is what im pushing for.
when winter solstice 2012 comes around and nothing major occurs you will finally see that you can't wait for the world to change. change starts with you.
Cliché but very true indeed. About the Golden Age, they're always subjective. One man's golden age is another persons hell. I personally think we're not doing worse than in the sixties, lots of things have changed for the better. Other things have changed for the worse but everything keeps on changing. More people, more laws I guess. What are you missing? Freedom, fun, independance, likeminded people? If you want you could find it. Another woodstock? Too bad for you, you're focussing on the wrong thing.

The golden age of 2012 is an inevitable process of evolution, we are going to see who we truly are, from technology, from religion, from psychedelics, from every angle a new dawn arises. People keep saying the 60s failed. The sixties didn't fail, people expectations were just too high, too fast. This right here is a reverberation of the 60s, the 60s created a mighty stir of ingredients into the pot, time is needed for the soup to settle down and regain stabiltity. Look how open minded people are today, think of it compared to the 50s, and you say the 60s didn't do anything. You are so stuck on the hate in this world. That hate is going to crumble, crumble like bread, you have to look at how much beauty arises, you have to read between the lines. The government, society, media, the machine, its all bull shit because those things cant be anything but bullshit. You have to look at your individual society, that is beautiful, your beautiful, polite gestures, humble greetings, lovers kissing, a grandfather flying a kite with his grandson, two friends who are witnessing the same running waterfall, that is where you will find beauty. This society is going to fall apart, and it is going to fall apart beautifully! Because people are going to realize their individuality and reclaim that, and the machine is going to have no one to support it, and it will crumble. There will be chaos, and out of that chaos, a natural order will arise, there will be no control, because people will be able to control themselves. Think about a dramatic shift in consciousness, our intelligence is going to evolve, look at how smart little kids are right now. It is mind blowing how much information they can retain, the common sense level is on a totally different level from when we were children. If you open your eyes you will see its already in progress. I just want the world to be one....I dont care about ages or this and that because history repeats itself only because of the evolutionary process that is always flowing...The farther away from the beggining we get the more evolutionary shit happens....It seems that every few hundred years or whatever something new happens(Greek buildings,rennaisance, midevil ages, sixties,modern day), and its going to keep on going on and on and on and on and yeah, its a never ending cycle man...Its the same with any other planet in this solar system, the sun is the essance of life, anything that floats around the sun has some sort of life or had some sort of life on it and if it didnt then its just in the cycle waiting for life to begin...A new age?A new evolutioinary discovery...I want to know how the sun began.
Energy cooled down and turned into particles, these particles gathered with other like particles and atoms and molecules formed, most of these molecules came together to form giant gaseous light balls we call suns and stars.

And this year it will be some michael jackson tribute. and some other time it was Boxy, and some time in the future it will be the backstreet boy's reunion song. but before that it will be a video from PETA. you have the vision, but not the feet. hopefully one day you'll no longer just be inthydreams
I do think that 2012 will be either a new beginning or an ending destruction. I dont think its going to start all of the sudden, I think it is happening right now and has been for a while. The change is from within, not from the outside world, and I believe that lsd was discovered at just the right time to start the transition to a higher conciousness. A small group of people can change the world, it is the only thing that ever has.
