Due to legality in the states I cannot acquire these chems. I am trying to find something similar.

5-MeO-MiPT (a.k.a. Moxy) is not explicitly scheduled in the USA. However, it could be prosecuted via the Analog Act (although this is probably extremely rare in the case of Moxy, if it has ever been prosecuted at all).

Moxy is difficult to "substitute", as it has a very unique signature. On the other hand, 5-MeO-DiPT (a.k.a. Foxy; which is explicitly scheduled in the USA) can easily be "substituted" with a much better compound: 4-AcO/HO-DiPT. Although Foxy is indeed erotic (never mind those that claim that this primary effect is merely placebo), 4-AcO/HO-DiPT is much more so, not only in intensity, but also in depth. The material is also more "magical", possessing a stronger chemical and effects relationship to 4-HO(OH)-DMT (i.e. psilocin; magic mushrooms). Further, it yields more open- and closed-eye visual effects. However, don't expect these to be above moderate. Still, they can be quite beautiful, if slightly on the generic side. Aesthetic enhancement is quite good, but sound enhancement is somewhat slight. In spite of that, it is bona fide enhancement, whereas with Foxy (particularly at higher doses), it is merely annoying albeit slightly interesting distortion (e.g. flanging, overall lowering of pitch, mutilation of attacks and decays, and such). That trait of Foxy is somewhat similar to "plain" DiPT, but not as extreme. Anyway, other primary effects of the 4-sub version of DiPT are nice too. Last but not least, the body load of 4-AcO/HO-DiPT is much less prominent than Foxy's. Actually, I get virtually no body load from Foxy, but many people do... and they report it as being quite unpleasant. I have tested doses between 15 and 35 mg of 4-AcO/HO-DiPT. My preferred dose is 30mg of the former and 25mg of the latter. The effects of the AcO version last longer than those of the HO one (approximately 50% longer, although both are of comparatively short duration); the body load (mostly and typically consisting of distinct leg tremors and some twitchiness) is less strong with AcO than with HO. Be aware that although not explicitly scheduled in the USA, both could conceivably be prosecuted via the aforementioned Analog Act (although that has probably never been done with either).

A much rarer compound that can also function as a Foxy "substitute" is 4-MeO-MiPT (that's not a typo). This material is pretty similar to the above-recommended one, but it yields virtually no visual effects. However, it can turn the most frigid person into a beast. If you can handle the fact that you will hardly receive visual cues to tell you how deeply psychedelized you are, then you might enjoy this one. In my experience, the body load is negligible (less so than with 4-AcO/HO-DiPT), while the duration is similar. My preferred dose is 30mg. Going beyond that level is pointless because you will not get much more (if anything) out of it -- don't waste material. As a side note, I should point out that this compound is quite versatile in combinations with certain other psychedelics. Be aware that the Analog Act can apply here as well...

All tests with these compounds were conducted via oral ROA (parachute). Keep firmly in mind that these compounds taste horrible (especially 4-AcO/HO-DiPT, which is probably the single vilest thing I have ever tasted), so avoid ingesting them "raw". Make sure that you use a proper balance (i.e. scale) with resolution of at least .001g at +/- 2mg linearity and repeatability. Do a 1-2mg allergy test with either compound and wait 30-60 minutes before conducting your first trial. Start low -- no more than 15mg with 4-AcO-DiPT, no more than 10mg with 4-HO-DiPT, and no more than 20mg with 4-MeO-MiPT.

Note: Some folks might recommend 4-AcO/HO-MiPT. Although this compound is generally superior to 4-AcO/HO-DiPT, I find its signature to be very different from that of Foxy. In most ways, I prefer 4-AcO/HO-MiPT (particularly HO) over any of the compounds thus far mentioned on this thread, but your question does not warrant recommending this one as a "substitute". For that, you have to go to 4-AcO/HO-DiPT (excellent material nevertheless) and (perhaps) 4-MeO-MiPT.

Moxy is not explicitly scheduled in the U.S.
