Barry Yess I have been going to gatherings for 19 years, in fact my 1st gathering was........ Cumberland 1991, & yess I have been to two ocala gatherings, one in the early 90's not permitted, & one in the early 2000's pemitted...... I have been on both sides of the fence over this issue, & you & all family knows...... that if you attempt to sign a permit on someone's behalf, without there consent, you have commited fraud, & you damn well know that...... I also know of you & your bunch, but care not to assocate with you, for you seem to give family a bad name.......

I am no troll, nor am I here to start crap with family.... I might not be a big deal to you, but after being involved with family & going to gatherings for the last 19 years, & standing up & being there for family, it is a big deal. Through out family I am known as a person, that stands up for his & other rights, as far as the constitution goes. I am a firm believer of the constitution, IE: the right to freely & peacefully gather on public land, IE: national forest I do'nt know if you're a firm believer of the 1st amendment of the constitution as I am, more power to you.......... But when the forest services says you have to have a permit, to gather on public land, thats where problems start........ Now once again, as I have asked in another post to you....... Since when does the forest service have the right to override constitutional law ??????? They do'nt, & the only person that can do that, is the president of the united states, & from my knowledge no president had any thing to do or say of rainbow family of light.... I don't know which Constitution you had read to you, but the US Constitution allows for free assembly but says nothing about public lands and the current court states that time, place and manner restrictions are permissible. If you can find someone to read it to you, you might ask them to look for Chicago Parks Authority, but I doubt anyone cares about you enough to do so. As for who and what you are PROVE IT. If the Gathering is in an area designated as a national forest, there is absolutely no legal requirement for a permit. State parks are a different matter.
Ocala Gathering 2010 was last time we said NO. Go read about it or PM Forkman about rejecting his nu site & quitting rainbow/Scout.....and no rainbow benefits for years..... I know of only a dozen folks that want a permit. We use the tools given us IF...IF.....IF we have too. It is actually a tiny stone (DAVID) that takes down the Giant (GOLIATH) in reality and we use it when we gotta. no one asked your damn opinions on permits. the title was about where acola will be. you guys can bicker in private messages because no one but you gives a damn. the permit means nothing. it is a piece of paper that makes the leos feel better. there will be a gathering, permit or no permit. sign it or dont i dont give a shit because when the leos tell us to leave well laugh in there face and tear up there meaningless tickets. now find something to discuss that actually has some relevance to helping a gathering happen.
