Over one's days recommended amount of sodium in it. Lovely. I guess this means I'm going to be retaining me some H20.
I don't put salt on anything. It's what it already comes with it. As for the MSG, it's condensed soup, take a guess.
hmm that's a good thought, so if anyone ever actually counts their intakes of nutrition everyday and averaged it out over a week how, much do you think you eat on average per week?
haha i put salt on nothing but potatoes. and i guess some condensed soups may not have MSG, but i kinda bet those are few and far between. so no which is worse for u if u eat the soup the MSG or the Sodium?
I use salt on meat, and thats it. everything else gets pepper substituted for salt. But I don't have a choice. Doctor says so.
One egg has 70% of your daily cholesterol. Then again, I don't imagine you eat a completely balanced diet, so why do you give a fuck?
the government's recommendations for your nutrition i have to say i'm always somewhat skeptical of. however, canned soup IS very high in sodium, and often has MSG. gross. some of them are making soups with sea salt now though... try and get those, it's MUCH better for you.
you do need to eat salt some people are just stupid and go way overboard with it i use 'lite salt' - its a mix of salt and potassium on pretty much everything i eat - then again, i rarely eat processed foods and don't worry about dietary cholesterol from eggs people
