9/11 again

has anyone else noticed that how 9/11 is kinda in the public eye and media again more so than usuaul ? i just noticed a ton of shows about it on the history channel and on the news they start playing this recording of a womans 911 call who was trapped inside. and that movie about it.. i dunno just found it strange

 

its not strange......... they always do things like this.

when the sequel to pirates of the carribean came out, the history channel had so many programs on pirates and black beard........

 

Did you ever consider we're coming up on the 5-year anniversary?

 

its not strange, tv shows seem to follow hollywood, and what is in the now, so of course programming is going to follow with all of this 9/11 coverage......

 

The first thing I thought when I saw the movie coming out was, 'well they waited the obligatory five years before they cashed in on that.'

lol i had to laugh at that movie advert... it's so commercially and politically perfect its funny. silly tragedies and the way they make good money.

 

part of it is the 5 yr anniversary but the reason why there's all these shows out too is because of the movie.... like when there was rediculous amounts of tv shows about the Da Vinci Code and Da Vinci while the movie was about to come in theatres.
