Pat Robertson's always been a douche. Sane, rational people have just learned to ignore him over the years-- me, I always seek him out a source of kickass comedy. The guy used to claim the reason we (ie, those of us in the urban areas of eastern virginia) were never destroyed by a hurricane was because he lived there. Classic!

being a TV evangelist is probably the smartest thing a poor man or woman could do. Your bound to make loads of money, as long you claim to follow the "right" beliefs!
I agree with you soulrebel 51. I don't see the difference between a tv evanglist, Hollywood actor or sports star. Terrell Owens, Pat Robertson, Sean Penn or whoever are all about selling themselves to make money.
