Today it is appropriate to reflect upon a design of man, for today marks the tradition of the beginnings of the greatest service a government of man has yet performed to honor the Lord. At times, it is and has been a government of strife and torment, injustice and hypocrisy, pestilence and death. Together and not, it has been and is a land of charity and freedom of word, and thought. In times not long past, these nationalist have given reliance that has been the strength of Righteousness for all the peoples of the world and a man who would be a willing minion of evil was brought to status as a mere man by them. They are Blessed by the actions in their history, beyond the condemnation they and others do construct upon themselves. Yet as they squabble and strain for the power of dictation and condemnation betwixt them, they bow to wisdom of recognition; wisdom writ on parchment sacred but not holy. Empirical document this parchment is, yet it stands as a testimony to the strength of God; to the possibility placed in the mind of man and the thoughts therein. To know the Lord as one may come to see fit in spite of all governments is a promise of gold. Had Jesus been free to speak his mind without fear what may have ensued? These things together bring the light of God shinning brightly upon this land. Let these sons of explores and slaves have their celebration. Nay, let all sons and daughters of man and God rejoice for this land, for God does Bless this country.
