6400 lumens is this good?

just want to know if this is good for 4 small plants they are maybe 5 inches tall and have 2 sets of leaves I plan on getting more lighting next month

I'm using 4 cfl cool white and they seem to like it right now they have been going crazy

I have like 6+ more cool white cfls i can use(that are in rooms we never use lol) most are 1600 lumens

any info would help
