It's all about marketing and they've paid huge bucks to market to us. The thing is right now we have nothing but our votes to buy anything with, but if we submit and buy their talk, we've sold out.

I or one am so upset about death thrreats made to a presidential candidate during a presidential rally. That I am not buying anything anymore. I want to hear what your financial policies are, I want to hear about how you will protect my contitutional rights. I am really tired of all the marketing crap. I can't afford gas or groceries let alone frivolous goods. I don't want my kids to die fighting a war to win higher profits for your petroleum interests.

This Bush administration gave up looking for Bin Laden six months after 09/11. I don't know what exactly we are fighting. I am sure he'll be brought up again this election cycle if necessary.

To me the greatest terrorist threat at this moment is an electorate that is willing to kill a presidential candidate.

That picture of Alex Jones doesn't belong there. He is one of the few thinking people left in this country.

They should have replaced that image with this video:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvGI2pTDcvw

"Fighting for right to protest". So, what she does to help protect his right is to ridicule him for actively using that right?

    Empty headed phrases include:

"Support your troops" - One way to 'support troops' is to take them out of harms way.

"Fighting for our freedoms" - Only our government can take those freedoms away. Let's protect our freedoms by taking them away through legislation.

"Fighting for your right to protest" - Same as above

Obama didn't even take away funding, so she's all around bsing *and so is Obama for contradicting himself*

Arg the mind is so complex, so many flaws, so many loopholes. I am but a mere neo-cortex, even if I were to identify them all I could not possibly keep track of them all the time.

Why do you insist on repeating this lie over and over again?

maybe it's because of the ties between bush family and the bin laden family.

or, maybe it's because the whole "Let's go get dem bin ladenz!"
    was a lie.

    He's dead.

Usually when people make comments like this it is a clear indication they really don't know anything about the subject.

    I believe stalk is right.

If we had put our full attention on Obama, we would have had him.

I think he was just a paid puppet so the Bush admins could push their war.

Great article, i'm gonna email it around a little. If you pay attention you can see this everywhere. The biases, the tribal codes, the fear mongering, the shaming, from all sides. From the grocery store, to your t.v., your school teacher and you pastor, your favorite blog and your favorite cereal. Obama and Clinton and McCain and Palin and Bush, they dont care about you, they dont know you. They care about selling to you the line that will get your vote, the line that will give them higher rung on the ladder...

I don't mean to sound condescending, and I admit I do not know you well enough to know your stance on Islamic fundamentalism, al Qaeda, etc... There is a very diverse crowd here with many different opinions. I don't want to derail this thread, but this is definitely a subject I would discuss with you if you are interested.

I thought it was a relatively well know fact that the bin laden family were top investors in bush's failed oil firm?

that's all i was getting at.

very odd how they would use this man as a scapegoat...

I made an assumption on your response to my comment that was directed towards Gardener. Like I said, I am not familiar with your beliefs, but it is not uncommon around here for some to confuse the difference between Osama bin Laden and the Saudi binladen Group or other legitmate business people with the name bin Laden. Almost immediate after 9/11 this confusion surfaced, and to this day is still not clear to many. The size of the bin Laden family, their role in legitimate business, and the family's relationship with Osama is something that many do not understand or can differentiate. Make sense?

From the horse's mouth March 2002:

Yet six years later Al Qaeda is in Iraq, and once more during an election cycle he rears his head.

Bin Laden: Hey guis, you forgot about me. Despite not being attacked by us since 01, we're here to remind you of impeding doom just so we can re-activate your over active imaginations. I'll see you guys again in a couple of years! Have fun and enjoy your propagan... err, paranoia! haha, ok, have fun, friends! :)

Bush also said that Iraq had WMD, do you believe that? At the time of this quote, there were literally hundreds of people working in Alex. After Alex was officially disbanded, the agents were reassigned to CTC. To this day there are still several dozen "core" agents whose sole responsiblity is to manage al Qaeda intel.

I like this part of the quote you posted.
That is exactly what al Qaeda has in the FATA.

We're still waiting for your knowledge of Osama bin Laden's ties to his parents.

As far as I know, they are not distant relatives, and Osama bin Laden got his start in the construction business that still belongs to his family.
