5:11 instead of 4:20?

have any of you guys heard that they're changing 4 20 *april 20th* to 5 11 *may 11* in honor of Bob Marley *may 11 is the day he died*

i heard it last night, but i wasn't totally convinced, anyone else hear of this?

 

Why not celebrate both?

Like anyone needs an excuse to smoke anyways....

 

most people i know who smoke, smoke everyday anyway hahaha

To me 4:20 has always been that perfect time when everyone's out of class, or out of work, and ready to sit down and spark one up. It has always been more about it being the perfect time of day to light up personally (dinner never looked so good)

 

thats what i was thinking. why not just make every day a holiday? one for the first pot grown in north america, the day it was made illegal, the day zig-zags were invented.....

I have always wanted to know why 4:20 is always related to pot ??
Im sure you people know... so why ?? About a couple of posts before, who the hell is out of work (Seriouse work) at 4:20 ??

 

i heard its a police code for it, but who really knows. and not everyone works from 9-5, some people work from 8-4.

 

I work from 8:40 - 6 I think im beeing exploited !!

 

By the way, can anybody comfirm the theory that 4:40 is a police code... or any thing else ??
