4-Aco-DPT vs DPT

What is the difference? I can't find much info on erowid. I don't currently have a vendor for DPT but do have one for 4-Aco-DPT. Thanks!

4-AcO-DMT IS synthetic.. If you mean another one, than 4-HO-DMT (Psilocin).

 

4-AcO-DMT is synthetic but is thought to work just like psilocybin. Only difference is that it acetylates rather than dephosphorylates to 4-HO-DMT.

The effects have also been described as 'cleaner' with less mind fuck.

so, if 4-AcO-DMT acetylates to 4-HO-DMT, we could only think that 4-AcO-DPT also acetylates to 4-HO-DPT.

That is how you would find out about the effects of this drug. At least the main effects and to have an idea. Shulgin says he doesn't have a report of it being active, however there are no reports of anyone going over 20mg.

4-Aco-DMT is not exactly the same as psilocybin. It is VERY close though, but I can recognize slight differences.

 

Thanks, I really do try to use the search but sometimes it sucks and I think I was drunk when I posted that so either was worse at using the search function or forgot to entirely.

Edit: And dynamic I believe I have read that thread before but there still isn't any reall info on it that I can find. Looks like I may be getting DPT soon anyways, so I'll wait around on the 4-Aco for now.

yea i know 4acodmt is synthetic. and i know it is very similar in effects to psilocin, but i meant what other purely synthetic chem (not known to be found in nature like psilocin) is 4acodmt most similar to?

i guess i was thinking, if i can't get 4acodmt, what else could i look for (that might be easier to get...4hodmt is pretty hard i'd think - unless you just get mushrooms)

No, you can make 4-AcO-DMT out of orange peels... so that means its natural...

porkstock, there aren't really any other chems out there that are similar to 4-ACO-DMT.

I have tried 4-HO-MET which is "shroom-like" according to Shulgin, but it's quite intense compared to 4-ACO.
Similar feel with the experience though.

I reckon this stuff needs a much higher dose to begin with and at the price its just not worth it...no horn, erotic or otherwise, no visuals of any kind, probably get better effects from some `real` am2201.
