On my 30-year-old birthday which was a few days ago, I was pushed by my friends to hook up a prostitute and had one night stand. Although I am 30, it was my first time and she had oral sex for me without using a condom. We had vaginal sex with condom. After a few days, I figured out on the web that oral sex is not necessarily safe sex, while I know the chance of contracting HIV is tiny but I can't find information exactly how likely it will cause other types of STDs. I am so worried and I look for somebody giving me a wild guess of the probabilites. I didn't ejaculate into her mouth and I didn't reach orgasm during the process. I only reached orgasm during vaginal sex. I didn't see very clearly but it looked like she had rinsed her mouth with something beforehand.
Overall chances are very very low. In fact there are greater chances of other STD's than AIDS for what you did, but nothing deadly. I know you are overly concerned and by all means if you can't let go of this then go into your local doctor and basically state the obious and ask for some blood workup. I have no idea what your insurance will cover so you're on your own with that. Let me ask you though, say you did contract aids, what would your next move be? Wondering about something is one thing. Determining you have it or something else is quite another... It's really sad that at age 30 this is your first sexual encounter and now you are worrying your head off about the consequences.
