I'd be careful, DXM + MDMA can cause serotonin syndrome, so I'd be wary mixing any serotonergics with dex.
I don't think that would be too much of a problem because 2c-e doesn't release 5-HT like MDMA does. Though perhaps better safe than sorry. There are TR on erowid of DXM + 2c-X combs. From what I gather it will make the 2c MUCH stronger perhaps not unlike how nitrous does. If its anything like a 2c nitrous combo I don't know if I could handle that anymore. The short 1 min duration of nitrous is fine but if it was that intense for several hours it might be a little much.
Never done it but I'd be very hesitant to do so unless it was a small dose of each... doesn't sound pleasant imo.

I would not do it. I now hate DXM. For me, it has an absolutely horrible body load. I have not tried 2c-e, but I hear it has a body load for some. I would not want to chance 2c-e giving me a body load when I already know I will have one with Deathromethorphan. But, I do need to try 2c-e.
I agree, I heard body load is high for 2c-e, and same with DXM. Also, both last very long, so if you took too much, what a nightmare! And purge fest.
