My 2c-e degraded already. I forgot to store it in an airtight container and it degraded within the first week. This is probably punishment for not measuring my initial dosage. About 450mg down the drain. Oh well, at least I got one VERY powerful, 15-20 hour trip out of the batch and know what it's like. We ate the rest of it on New Year's eve anyway and basically just ended up tweaking our nuts off for about 20 hours on about 85mg each. It gave us all of the regular effects without the psychedelic intensity. I was pissed off, because I wanted my cousin to experience 2c-e for what it REALLY is, but he, along with everyone else, was happy with the "tweak" effect of the degraded batch.

Oh well, now I know what NOT to do.

Uhhh, did you leave it in sunlight or something? Just leaving out of an airtight container probably wouldn't degrade it *that* fast.

I left it in a dark place(my room) in an OPEN BAG for about 4 days, then I put it in a ziploc bag inside a cooler. It definitely worked like a charm when I first got it. I shoulda put it in the ziploc and cooler when I first got it, but I didn't.

It's gravy man. It's probably for the best. I woulda been a tripped out mother fucker had it not degraded. I woulda tripped every few days until it was gone and probably gotten kicked outta Job Corps the first week. The shit is fucking amazing though man.

Well, I once lost more than half a gram of 2C-B that way. It was stored cool and dark, but not air-tight. It degraded within a couple of weeks... :(

2c-xxx's (Phenethlamine) are very stable! Tryptamines are not!
The best ways to store that kind of stuff is to use a glass mason jar, depending on how much you have determines the size jar to use. A 1/2 pint mason jar should work well enough for you!

    Find plenty of
silica drying crystal packets, place them into the jar. Try and keep as much air volume as you can out of the jar by pacing as much Silica Drying Crystal Packets into it. One other thing; use those Oxygen Absorbers Packets
too, you can find them on-line or inside of those beef jerky bags you buy at the store, (there little red or blue packets). Use as many of them as you can fit inside the glass mason jar too!

    Note:

If you’re a vegetarian; then feed the beef jerky to a meat eating animal, or give it a proper funeral. Just don’t waste it.

The important thing is to keep any chemical away from heat anything over 75, 80 degrees, light and especially air. The freezer works well especially if you have done all of the above.

Note; If and when you take the jar out of the freezer don't open it until the jar reaches room temperature. If you do it will allow unseen moisture in.

Also, If you have access to Argon Gas!
"Nature hates a vacuum" is a very true addage. Vacuums tend to leak. Removing the air from said container with a hand-pump vacuum or water-line filter pump, and then filling the container with argon - welding supply shops sells it- works. Argon is ideal as it's not only inert, but it's much heavier than air. So it will gladly settle down into a container, especially one that has had its air mostly sucked out.

Or there's Liquid nitrogen storage too!
