He approached her, and said: "We're the two best-looking people here; let's get out of here and have our own party." She declined, but couldn't disagree with his assessment of how poorly others had aged, and she found his approach to be inventive. She figured it's a line he can use anywhere, that he does use it frequently, and that it probably works some of the time. If the party had been ending when he approached her, and if she wasn't with a date at the reunion, she said she might have gone for it.
My wife was dancing with a classmate at her 20th high school reunion when he confessed that he had always thought about having sex with her. You gotta be careful with those reunion hook ups. I had a very attractive teacher in high school, and she had twin sons that were my age. The previous summer she went back for her high school reunion and hooked up with her old boyfriend (yeah she was married but had gone alone). The next school year started and I found myself in one of her classes again. Things seem pretty normal during that semester, and then we have Christmas break.
