It's the future if something doesn't change. It's not even bizarre to think of at this point. They're going to talk about it like it's a good idea and people will believe them. They already have most of our youth using foursquare and facebook and twitter, telling the world what we're doing and where we are every second of the day voluntarily. Most people are slaves and they don't even know it. Once the government comes up with a good enough reason to use this chip, like I saw in another video, that it would have our medical info stored in this chip, to "provide the most efficient care that we need", people will think it's for the best and they'll go along with it. What really scares me is the moment it goes from optional to mandatory. Still think we live in a free country?
"I'm scared that if I get a chip implanted they'll know where I am" *Checks in with friends on facebook*
That's the point though. Those people are stupid. If you know better, you don't do that. But if it becomes something that is required, we won't have the luxury of violating our own privacy voluntarily.
Some people implant shit in themselves willingly. They try to become "cyborgs" and stuff. I think at some point it will have some kind of medical benefit to implant "chips" inside of us. Like some kind of chip to brain, chip to neuron sort of thing if you want to get the fully functional 5 fingered prosthetic arm and hand with actual feeling to it. You probably dont need to worry to much about a chip implant in that case. But having the government assign a chip to every single one of us might be crossing the line... But then again, we could just use it on the criminally insane and shit to reprogram them to not hurt people, i mean fuck we lock em away in prisons and shit why shouldnt we just implant a chip in em that makes them be decent and beneficial to us(well, first of all thats not even possible as of right now I guess). Then all law-abiding citizens could just continue on their lives without any kind of "implant". And as for the prosthetic hand and all... if you can figure out how to regrow a person's own hand and arm, you probably could just stick with regrowing the human limb rather than using all the effort to build a prosthetic.
I can see the benefit of having something that provides limited medical information, such as drug allergies and medical conditions that paramedics and doctors should know about in the case of an emergency where a person is unable to communicate.
Implanting chips in humans will of course never be a mandatory thing in a society like ours. Unless you're a heavy criminal perhaps (I would still be against that). Seems someone is on their fearmongering chair again.
That's what separates the morons from thinking people. The childish belief that it has or serves any real "humanitarian" purpose besides locating and snuffing people, those features which you would think would "over ride" other arguments...except to a voluntary idiot. Who knows? Maybe after "killa" is done in dc there will be difference that will show positive enough sign that people can get them to back off a little. Why pay to chip a binch of people that aren't even going to be around?
This is the crux of it... some info might be a little dated, but clearly more accurate than the video... This is *old* news. "So much for going off your meds. University of Florida researchers have created an ingestible pill capsule fitted with a tiny microchip and antenna that alerts doctors or family members each time a pill is taken. Miss a dose and you're busted." http://www.popsci.com/science/artic...-your-doctor-when-you-dont-take-your-medicine http://proteusdigitalhealth.com/proteus-digital-health-announces-fda-clearance-of-ingestible-sensor/ Implantation: pill ingestion. Wow, what a delivery system.
Come on. This is a rumor to spread fear and paranoia. http://news.msn.com/rumors/rumor-obamacare-requires-microchip-implants
It is a fact however, that pills do contain microchips that relay information when the pill has been taken or if it hasn't been. True.
RFID is also used in cardiac care (and billing). https://www.tersosolutions.com/tracking-heart-valves-rfid/
This - 2010: ingestible pill capsule fitted with a tiny microchip and antenna that alerts doctors or family members each time a pill is taken. For now the pill exists only in prototype Isn't this - 2017: RFID Chip for All Americans But the leap in logic is.
Do you know what RFID is and what it's used for? The technology is *not new* and is already in place.
