    I eat two of them - Ginger - which I put in my curries occasionally and sweet potatoes which I peel, chop and steam, place in a bowl with a large knob of butter and mash down - this then forms the base on which I place the Haggis - absolutely delicious !!!

    I can tell you that fat is good to use not only inside but outside, when I had skin problems I found tallow balm for skin very helpful.
    It may sound weird to put fat on your skin but for dry skin, it's great, especially if your skin is already flaky like mine was(
