You wouldn't need one of those to fill 10 capsules with mdma. What you need is a milligram scale so you can accurately weigh the capsules and the dose inside of each. If you're only filling ten caps you can just do them by hand.
I will probably do more than just 10, more like 100. So how much would the powder weigh in each capsule?
You probably want to put 100mg in each capsule, which is .1 grams, so 10 caps per gram. With one of those stands you'd want to use a small funnel to pour weighed out doses into the caps. You want to make sure that each cap is accurately dosed.
100 capsules using a gram of MDMA would be a staggering 10 mgs of MDMA per cap. You'll get slapped in the face and kicked in the nuts if you try to distribute that.
