I like Incubus. I got one of their cds a while ago and the only songs i liked from it were the ones i'd already heard. But I want their new album. I was listening to it with my cousins and a lot of the songs were great.
Incubus fucking rocks. If you don't have their new album, you should get it. IMHO it's their best yet, but that's just me.
yeah, they would be one of my favourite bands. Boyd is a poet in my opinion. i actyually really like their new stuff - I think that they can make beautiful tender music when they want to. And yeah, live they are fantastic. My friend caught brandon's drink bottle at the concert we went to in 2002 - it was great (oh, i'm such a teeny bopper *blushes*) I just love them, the sounds the messages they present, the works.
They rock, but i think their new album is shit, I expected much more, "morning view" liked very much, but the last one sucks. And they used to be better before, when "enjoy incubus", "fungus amungus", "s.c.i.e.n.c.e.", those were the best albums.
Nothing but respect and awe for Incubus. dude like any band, they get older and mature as people and artists, so their styles will change from album to album as they have different feelings and something new to say, they may (and do) sound different than past releases. Incubus, do your thing.
incubus is amazing. anyone who says their new album is shit, doesn't know what they're talking about. it's fucking rad. i don't think incubus can do any wrong!! oh yeah, and i saw them on letterman last night. they played 'talk shows on mute.' good stuff.
